When is the cutoff time for ordering?
We stop taking orders at:

3 PM on Saturday for week orders
How do I receive my delivery?
Meals are delivered in a specific time schedule as you selected. The parcel box is filled with sufficient coolants to keep the meals safe to consume for up to 12 hours. Therefore, you can always start your day with us without obstructing your own schedules.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all parts of HK, and without charges for subscription users. Except for remote regions (Shek O, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay), the delivery schedules could be affected and extra fees may be incurred. Details please contact our hotline.
Do you offer meals on public holidays?
We do not make delivery on public holidays, but if you order the Full day plan, then you could manage to do OnliFresh meals even on public holidays.
How do I reheat my meals?
All of our meals are delivered cold. Please follow the instructions on the outer sleeve / packaging. Generally, removing wraps and pop into the microwave oven for 3 minutes at 700W would do the magic.
What if I have allergies or special needs?
If you have allergies, please let us know by clicking on the "special requests" section and specifying your needs. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on the products we have available.

What happens if there is bad weather?
Situation 1 : Black Rain/Typhoon 8 signal lowered or cancelled at or before 8AM
- Delivery service remains the same
Situation 2 : Black Rain/Typhoon 8 continues post 8am
- No meal plan delivery on that day
- Customer will receive that day meal plan on the following day
- No refund will be made
