Spicy Sichuan TiNDLE Chicken Stir Fry with Mix Grain Rice
This is one of the most famous recipes coming from Sichuan Province. Our recipe is true to the traditional version of “辣子雞丁 Làzǐ jī dīng”, except we use TiNDLE, that is a vegetarian version of chicken, made of soy protein, wheat gluten, wheat starch, coconut oil, oat fiber, water, methylcellulose (a plant-based egg white!), and Lipi™, the unique blend of plant-based fats and flavor that gives TiNDLE the distinctive aroma, taste, and cookability of chicken.
Be wary though, it’s hot but so full of flavor. As it’s rapidly stir-fried in a wok, lots of hot chilies are needed to create the dish's heat, color, and aroma. This is a dish full of heat and spirits of vegetarian, you can taste meaty while don't need to kill any animals.
